How many pedestrians can a taxi driver run over before he is considered to be not fit and proper?
We have one here who ran into his second pedestrian in less than a year on Saturday. The driver has only one eye. Could this be a contributing factor. We also had a different driver run into a mother pushing a pushchair with her kiddie in last week.

The one eye would be less of an issue had it been right in the middle of his forehead..
