Hi all,
New here just got through my badge process, looking to rent/hire car for private hire in Lincoln. Not got funds at the moment to purchase as going through divorce, any advice on where i could get a decent vehicle for a fair price, want to work more than day or night shift car.If this is doable then what would i expect to pay £200 (ish) ?
Thanks for any advice
Mick

I think you just need to find who the biggest firms are in your licensing area and approach them.

Or just ask your licensing officer for some pointers.

Highway services in Nottingham will plate cars for Lincolnshire councils but probably not worth your while as they charge about £160 a week to rent a car

If they answer Winston Churchill, walk away. Quietly.
