EDITORIAL COMMENT
The law commission report is about to be published very soon and I am assured that the London's Taxi trade's best interests are being looked after by very competent teams from all major orgs.

We must never allow our licensing authority to put us in a position where we have to accept every hail, as with the New York Taxi trade.

The only parity we would wish to see with New York, would be their force of 400 enforcement officers, with the ultimate authority to suspend wayward drivers on the spot.

You already know the answer to that CC, he's been painting pictures for 9 years now in the hope he can muscle in for nothing, and when they let him in he proved what he is by selling it for a profit soon after, a perfect example of someone not to take any notice of imo, and even though he's been tasting the yesterdays breakfast of the right people I'm led to believe even they see through him and know his motives are unpure, imagine Brighton de-regulated and the country still gave each council the choice on limits, he'd be switching sides the next day to undo all he's done to protect his non investment, still our migrants and Asians are getting restless here so it's my duty to inform them of the cash cow Brighton is isn't it

not just the asians getting restless, the smart "white" owners are getting restless as well, especially the ones that have "asians" working for them.

deregulation, delimitation what ever you want to call it, doesnt work, its been proven.

what really makes me laugh is the head of the oft (on over £150k) i wonder if the law commission will remember what he achieved in dublin, and the consequences of what he did..

so sussex had a plate and sold it, doesnt make sense...

Yeah, a right kicker isn't it, probably the only time he thought regulation was good, until the day after he banked the gregory.

Exactly, but it happened, bought a brand new Mondeo with the profits, well some of the profits anyway, no doubt Sussex Towers got a lick of paint and he inflicted himself on the good ppl of Ibiza with his khaki shorts and 4 knotted handkerchief, not forgetting the Albion number 9 shirt with Peter Ward on the back of it

well i'm sure he'll be replying to this at some point, so in a nut shell he's benefitted from a free plate, yet campaigns for a "free for all"?

i think thiers one or two more like him on this site, at least sussex is a real driver, not an imaginary one like you know who.. (if i mention his name, he'll blow his lid)
