What difference would it make where you are when you accept the job? If I drop off at Gatwick (I'm PCO London), I might have a possibility of a return job. Does this mean I have to go back up the M23 and hang about in Coulsdon, so if an ASAP job does happen at Gatwick, the passenger will then be waiting longer?
And how would they know where you are when you accept the job?
What if you go on holiday in another part of the country? Or you do a distance job and stay overnight somewhere? And if you sub-contract for more than one company you tell all of them where you are you and see if you can find work the next morning/when you finish your holiday to bring you back home? Is that allowed?
