Mr Mathews has to go for a medical before a decision is made . The unite shop steward informed me that at the licence committee meeting today Stationtone and TDO got a mention from the chair Rod Wallace. He highlighted my remarks about the tax payers having to pay for two no attendance court dates.
I would like to apologize to him and the councilors for my previous remarks about the council it looks like the legal department did not tell him about the no attendance court dates or how much they have to pay to cover the unions expenses .

Cheers, for what?

The Unite Union, fighting a case, that was a slam-dunk. Let's not ascribe credit, where none was due. It's easy to take on a case that, for all intents and purposes, couldn't be lost.

I am sure the Unite Union, jumped at the chance to represent this guy, and rightly so, but how many more, real cases get dumped?

Image the fecking lot of them... Don't tell me, you are taken in by the bull... CC?
