And even if we did, I doubt of there's much damage to TDO's reputation by Nidge spouting nonsense on a forum that only a handful of people have reads, so no point in taking action.

As for the defamatory remarks on this site, if we took action the courst would just ask why they didn't delete them - it would be like a newspaper publishing an article defaming it then taking court action against the writer!! So the courts would ask whey they weren't deleted, so they will be. Soon

I didn't read that as saying that he was threatening to bar them, I read that as him saying that the writing was on the wall for them - the decision on whether to bar people is ultimately TDO's. Since JD is clearly one of the 'victims' of the allegations he asked us what we intended doing, and we said that we'd be taking action by the end of this week - what that action will be will be decided by the TDO admin. But as you'll have read, the posters responsible for the allegations have been given 48 hours from yesterday to front up.

To be honest I am extremely surprised at this thread starting.

A forum should be a place for a frank exchange of views, the starting of a thread questioning another forum, especially when perhaps time and effort would be better placed elsewhere (like highlighting concerns of the trades).

Maybe in your bizarre world Nidge, but not I suspect in everyone else's, and certainly not on here.
