Surely the licensing authority should give you the questions when you start the application process to become a licensed driver and have PAID your fee to begin that process.

Or are you saying that you want the questions without payment to the licensing authority?

You'd be lucky if she can remember what day of the week it is.

BTW, they've started rehearsing for her funeral

The knowledge test in Chester has only just been re-introduced, with a lot of input from the trade.
It will ensure that any new Hackney Driver entering the trade in Cheshire West and Chester will have a good working knowledge of the area before being granted a license. That's the theory anyway.

We have submitted quite a few of the questions etc so hopefully when drivers do get their licenses they should know where they are going.

If you have not worked in Chester before then you don,t have a cat in hells chance of passing the test.
