Taxi Driver Online

Sorth northampton towster council revoke my taxi licence.because i miss my CRB .i passed my taxi 29/03/2011 for three years expired 2014.even i have'nt start my taxi yet.i had family problem so i was'nt living that adress.when i come back home.
11/06/2012 i had first letter.so called them then they told me our appeal has been expired and they said u have to do evry thing again.only that council CRB check after 1 year.even milton keynes CRB valid for 3 years.then after that i wrote a letter with my new CRB letter but they said no u have to pass again.my last appeal date was 8th june,but i rung them 11th june.because i received letter same day 11th june.
my CRB expired 31/03/2012 .they told me they did send me letter one i did'nt get.because i was out of home.
so i don'nt know what to do now.05/07/2012 i lost my other job aswell,now i really want my badge back NEED HELP

Suggest you go in to the council and see what can be done, otherwise you will have to start again.
The alternative is to fight the council through the courts. That can be a slow and expensive route with no guarantee of success.

I'm not sure exactly what the council have done wrong.

What date did/does your driver's license run out, and is it part of the licensing requirement that you have a CRB check every year?

Is it also part of the licensing requirements that you inform the council of a change of address?
