Location: A Villa in Aston NO MORE!
If a Deputy Head of Licensing was married to a Police Constable and the Police Constable was also the City Centre Licensing Officer for the same Licensing Authority / Police Authority and there was a venue licence [entertainment, alcohol, etc] revocation in which the later was primarily involved and the former may have been, could there be a conflict of interests in either of their jobs?

Possibly, and if there is, then they *should* declare it as a conflict of interests.

Mrs.roythebus is a town councillor and sometimes has to register a conflict of interest if the discussion is about public transport or anything to do with the road we live in.
