700 miles on £180 = 24mpg, in an Avensis? glad i bought a Mondeo (50MPG)

Avensis TD does around 40 mpg urban and 55 on a run, so draw your own conclusions as to the validity of this man Wannas.

unless he now claims he meant his drivers only need to drive 700 miles LOADED, but in my experience that would require between covering (inc dead miles) between 1000 and 1400 (worse case scenario), maybe he got confused... it would at least up the MPG....lol

(£1200 for 1400 miles = less than £1/mile average, I get double that on a school run..)

Nope, you were right first time, and since it looks like he owns sod all, it looks like a speculator to me trying to get information on how to become another John Griffen.

I only want hard working, motivated and passionate people working for me.

I have zero tolerence for those who are lazy...

most of my drivers are black, asian and from other backgrounds. They tend to work harder put in the hours.. benefits them, me and overall the whole organisation.

All legally working here, of course?

You don't want hard working passionate people. You want desperados who would cut their grandmothers throat for a couple of quid.
You happily let them work their arses off for less than minimum wage in an working environment that would make a Victorian mill owner blush.

You are a scumbag. Utterly devoid of decency and compassion. I hope your next shyte is a f*cking hedgehog

Ever considered standing for the Conservative party?

It is clear to me that you don't fully understand the meaning of self employed. It entitles a person to work how and when they want for whatever remuneration they value themselves at. However you would like motivated employees so you need to firstly employ them and secondly motivate them. You don't do the first so you can't do the second but if you were to employ them then give them what THEY consider a decent remuneration then you will solve your problem. I get the impression that you think you're doing these drivers a favour and that they should thankful to you

Who mentioned race :? Oh it was you when you described your drivers. Personally I don't care (and I'm sure many on here don't care either) if they're sky blue pink and from Mars they have rights, you seemingly don't think they do. Now you're throwing in the racism remark, how utterly professional of you
