London cabby's are being asked to pay up to 10K more for there potential new cab, all for 2 £100 CV joints and slightly wider front wings, all just to comply with the COF turning circle

That's a rear loader is it not? I thought it passed London criteria? (side access only) Or am I wrong? (again)
