Truck hits me, no admission of guilt so i pay cash to get work done and save my NCB

TRUCK claims off ME!

NCB suspended

Premium £2050 instead of £1350

so i then claim off the truck owner for repairs and subby cover cos the suggestion of a 50/50 settlement arose

THEN the "accident management" company accuse LV of conspiracy

Then (realising they would achieve nothing) agreed to cancel thier claim if i cancelled mine (bear own losses, thoughthey had none)

Now my NCB has been reinstated and I can have a £700 refund

IN EIGHT WEEKS.................

It sucks but it could have been worse. At least you get your dough back.

it seems commercial HGV fleet insurances dont have NCB

why a 38 truck fleet owner felt the need to claim £1400 for non-existant damage is beyond me, his fuel bill must be £20K a week, wages twice that

Taxi fleet insurance doesn't have NCB either.
