You can take the booking off the second punter if you have got a opt license and in your licensed area, you're license to accept bookings

***its just the same if your next door neighbour knocks on your front door and give your a booking to take them for a to b

Im an ops licence holder

I may not have taken the booking in the car if the punter wanted to get in there and then, but with all details duly noted and the pickup in 10 minutes then yes, i would have, i could also have got the punter to text or phone my mobile and leave details as a record

In the stated case (2 jobs) he isnt the ops licence holder so was out on a limb
