I tried to, his bookface account is hidden except to his friends. I'm not one of them, but one of my regular customers is and has passed the information my way, but still can't access his FB account. Pah.

Get your mate to take a screenshot and pass that on.

You'll find most of them won't be blue badge holders due to taking part in the Olympics. I bet the DWP have been watching it like hawks.

if u cant access the page, tell your LO what you know, getting his reg number would also be a start

If you can get his Reg number pass it over to Motabilty, they'll like to hear about it I'm sure, one of their cars being used as a Taxi without the relevent insurance and public liabilty insurance.
