I beg to differ.

The best cars in the world are made in good old Sussex by the Sea.

who owns the marque now?
what engines are in them?

(1.Germans and 2.BMW)

When you think RR built the Merlin engine for (amongst others) the WW2 spitfire and BMW built engines for German fighter it all seems its them who won after all...and Bentley are owned by VW...

All I know is that they come out complete in the beautiful Sussex countryside, having been finished by master craftsmen.

That will do for me.

If we followed your analogy then all but one or two of the premiership clubs would be British.

Know a little bit about Morgan's cos of the day job. BMW V8's, Ford V6's and I think Ford Focus engines for the "cheap" versions. If I had £36k I could be tempted by the new 3 wheeler!

I drove a 1.7 diesel cavalier back when I was new to this game. I'm sure it had an Isusu engine

Galaxy (Ford) Allhambra (Seat) and Sharran (VW) are all the same. If I remember right the diesel versions use a ford engine, all the petrol variants have VW engines.

There is every possibility I have that all back to front.
