I,m not talking about an Individual council here, It's the bigger picture i,m looking at, and the SNP had an input vote in the Smoking ban and other UK laws.

The SNP want to Lower speed limits, introduce more AVG speed cameras, Ban Air rifles, lower the Drink drive limits and a myriad of other Diktats..

As for drink Driving, the current limit is fine, Reducing the current limit will not reduce the number of accidents or the number of drink drivers, it's only going to catch more people out who are well able to drive..It Certainly will not stop the Hard Core road alky.
