Does anyone have a link to the comprehensive licensing report compiled for Aberdeen Council a few years back ?

Thanks Gus, that is it. I had saved it to my computer but lost it after a hard drive failure. The report goes into some great detail regarding taxi licensing law and I hope to make use of it soon as I plan to study law next year. Saor Alba my friend
