Oh heck the sheit has hit the fan, owners are not happy as Ivory towers has introduced the office licence, all be it almost 3 years after it should have been.
They must also have public liability insurance, and are not permitted to divert the office phone, as all bookings must be taken in the office, this will mean employing staff to run it full time
