As regards what you posted on your site, are you saying that someone's name is not personal details?

If I posted your name and taxi firm on here would your name not consitute personal details?

If you had in fact posted the company (partnership more probably) address then your claim might hold water, but when you mention people's names then that's personal, not corporate.

As for not dropping 'the matter', if you want to waste time on witchhunts and wild goose chases then that's your hard luck, presumably that must be why you don't have time to engage in proper debates on here
