GUS It started with the Miners dispute and the arsole Kinnock the sheep shagger then through the Printers at Wapping the poll tax and much more obviously the TUC and the Union leaders were part of the New Labour betrayal, falling working class membership within the Party allowed the middle class parasites to infiltrate and destroy the party leading to NEW Labour shytte and Blair!
currently there is an almighty civil war going on around Mandelsons PROGRESS scum in effect they want NEW LAB back.
Remember the Labour Party was created by the Unions to represent the needs and aspirations of their members if those members decline to be active within their organisation as they have! others will take control as they did! Attending a meeting once a month to ensure their needs are addressed was evidently too much for the majority!!
It cannot be put back to its proper role unless people join and enable that process, its no use citisizing from the sidelines they the right wingers can only be defeated from the inside of the party you might want to look at the Labour Representation Committee web site whose leading MP is John McDonnell who of course you can google for his views and policies.
Obviously theres a different dimension of issues in Aberdeen and Scotland, take a look at the LRC you might be in agreement with much of its policies
