On reflection Jelly the above comment was not in good taste please accept my appoligies.

Redundancy is of course a tragedy for you I have been through it myself at a time when i had 4 children all young, stressfull to say the least.

Honestly I do not think the Cab industry will be helpfull to you in london many people in your situation are spending their redundancy on entering PH and soon finding out that theyve been sold a pup then find themselves facing Bankruptcy repossesion Divorce custody battles etc.

I wish you luck in whatever course you follow, rest assured there are many on here with a profound knowledge of the industry who will give you sincere and honest advice you made a good call to ask for that advice, and definitely did not deserve my last comment!!

Well I went and signed on and I am getting nothing not even jobseekers! Something to do with working all my life, just like some of the other people well if you class signing on as work :roll: TT don,t worry I am not :badgrin: :badgrin:" London" where did London come from? is that out in the sticks (who has spanners between their ears?) :badgrin: :D .But any way have got car and now after meter and roof sign.

what car, is it fly by wire or proper speedo cable (they need to be cut to fit a sender)

Hi just a quick update started just before Christmas only doing Hackney and things where pretty good bit to quiet now (surprise) so a couple of questions, how long does the after xmas slump last and any advice on tendering for school runs etc :oops:
