Billybobs, Yes its the same company. Don't know if they have ever been licensed with Manchester but they certainly are not at the moment.

Drivers licensed with Northumbria, vehicles licensed nowhere = nobody can touch them or so it would seem.

One thing, just a thought, how does a company has high profile as EMIRATES put up with having there business class passengers ferried around by an unlicensed outfit????

you are correct, and that's the problem with licensing vehicles that will operate miles from their own area.
