So thats it is it? must say its clarity is astounding likewise the extensive content he he, but in reality many thanks for concisely proving the point organisation solidarity care for your industry and fellow workers is completely beyond your comprehension, unfortunately your are so typical of the Industry which IS why Nidge and fellow workers are in such desperate circumstances, bottom of the league more hours for less money than any other workers. #-o #-o

CONGRATULATIONS WANNABE =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D>

Let me get this right. You think it is because of people with similar attitudes to unions as Wannabee's are the reason why people like Nidge are ready to throw in the towel.
I would sugest that members of this forum who are thinking of joining a union or other proffesional body are actually put off doing so by the postings that you put here. You may say that they are your personal views but people will always associate your views with your position within your union.

Trotsky have you ever been a paid up member of a working mans trade union - i.e. NOT a collection of self-employed taxi drivers?

YOU know the unions shot themselves in the foot between 1960 and 1985 without any external help by trying to bring down the various elected governments

GRANDAD I welcome your comments and believe you mean well so let me respond.

No I dont think people like Nidge [ and i am sure he will put his view clearly] are leaving the trade because of the views of the wannabe's but as a result of the actions of the likes of wannabe non organisation has resulted in the status quo which nidge says is close to pushing him out of the industry.

As for my methods of debate well to be honest whatever I say and in whatever manner it will always annoy antagonise someone, after any meeting speech or article the reactions will be varied from "who do you think you are Arthur Scargill" to" bloody hell that was a bit limp wasn't it" there will always be many dissapointed thats life unfortunately. On here and I was invited on here I have adopted a provocative stance with I hope a little recognisable humour in the hope of stimulating some real debate and occasionally its worked. What I do recognise and appreciate is that most on here care about the industry have sincere views and will put them, which is what is lacking within the industry, most are in reality incapable of much more than a grumble within the office or on the rank! whether thats down to ignorance or lack of courage who knows? so those who debate whatever your views good, me I'm putting mine and rest assured they are mine and not any organisations whatsoever! you dont like them so what defeat the argument you want throw in some insults ?why not ? :D

Der Stürmer seems more apt, considering their pro-Nazi views up untill 1939 and their continued right wing leanings ever since.
