As all jobs are pre-booked with address, telephone number and name mandatory for the PCO regs - how can that be less safe than plying for hire on the streets?

Wos u dreamin of been a black cab driver during nglish lesons?

People here seem to be pre-occupied with body weight!!

Every job you do is pre booked , OH RIGHT ! As for english lessons . I never went to school . thats why i drive a taxi. what is your excuse ? MR i have got a degree in english blobby.

I think the vast magority of LPH work is done properly, in fact due to the shortage of licensed drivers, they have more work than they can cover. The illegal pickups are done in the main by illegal un-licensed taxis.

All that aside, is there anyone out there who's whiter than white?

Exactly the touts are touts.

LHP doing illegal work is as bad, and as common, as yellow badge drivers picking up in the green zone. [-X
