I have been summoned. Wednesday 16th at 3 pm.

The pretext is to "talk" about the incident.

I have not been made aware of any claims being made against me, there is no pretence that the council's own complaints procedure is being followed.

And there is no acknowledgement of my formal police complaint about the matter.

I asked to speak to the cab inspector personally. My request was point blank refused.

I don't think you quite get it Bloodnock. These incidents affect you directly. They affect everyone in society.

Let's be quite clear, cops acting in this way, making complaints to a system with inordinate power and which is unaccountable, all of which is specifically designed to intimidate us, and just because they were asked for their collar numbers, renders the cops unaccountable.

By refusing to tell us who they are they are placing themselves above everyone else. A police force and not a police service. A police state.

And the conduct of these officers is no different to the riot police in London covering their lapels during the disturbances. And there was outrage at that.

Don't you get this?

As the title of this thread suggests, why don't jasbar and skull exercise their right to remain silent and give the rest of us peace from their perpetual bitching, moaning and bleating.

At the end of the day, if they want to know about independence or any other subject under the sun why don't they just ask each other, since they have a special relationship (according to jasbar) That way they know the answer they get will be what they want to hear.
