The law is a grey area with taxis, thought kids had to be in booster seats ? How many prams do you see not folded down in a taxi or wheelchairs correctly facing and strapped in ? Might be ok in classroom but not when out working.Getting back to what you posted i asked one of the assesors who drives a cab and said hed never heard of 2 kids on one knee ? Personally speaking its a tall order trying to keep 2 two year olds on your knee whilst strapped in a cab !

Taxis are exempt from this part of the law.
