"The London rate will do for me ", an admirable target for sure but how do you achieve it?
We are of course debating a minimum fare in a Licensing Area not Nationwide so the question remains given you want it! how are you going to get it in your area? obviously YOUR personal dictate is likely to be ignored by the council
so the solution is
Perhaps Grandad could help you out seeing your struggling so much
hes in favor also of minimum enforceable fares
Our hacks are dearer than me and so are the buses, im on a winner if they decide.....
Bus fares are of course totally irrelevant to this issue, perhaps you should water down the Diet Coke its obviously too much for you.
