Yup Milton Keynes is a shining example of quality controls in action, yet someone failed to mention that what's happening there is what the LC propose for the rest of us.

Sussex may go on about them being over 18 and no one having the right to deny them there rights, but what about the aftermath? Nope he doesn't give a Castlmaine xxxx, him and his gang will tell you quantity controls is a good thing for the trade, more cabs = more work, more cabs = less money, plus where are they going to put all these new shining cabs?

Milton Keynes cabbies committed SUICIDE maybe others will realise and defend themselves maybe not, but they cant plead WE DID NOT KNOW for here's an example of what can happen if you dont listen, and its a shame to see workers livlihood's destroyed but inevitable with their mindset

If your a union recruitment officer your wasted, but where your talents lie I cannot tell

You can only warn them and use Milton Keynes is a shining example of what can happen if they fail to organise :

As for your assessment of my talents and my perceived career , do you think I give flying fukkk on the opinion of a CRETINOUS THATCHERITE SCAB

You can add Hull to that list of MUGS seems their in a similar situation non organisation means you will get fukked

Where the industry is becoming organised Drivers are better off Winchester [towag[has confirmed that in London of course much progress was made on licensing proposals and the Black Cabs do better than anywhere else in the country and their organised RMT UNITE LTDA and others. Leeds is improving and pockets here and there are progressing but it will take plenty of time to change the habits of this industry evidently :-| :-| :-|

I plan on getting a job working for an agency (nothing to do with taxi work) and between shifts take bookings (as an operator) for exec/wedding/airport work. In most areas it's pretty inconsistent now. Its adapt or die sort of speak. Next year there will be more plated up as recession. Continues.

The slackest of times must be when the schools are off and 1000's of cabs have 2 or more decent jobs less a day to do
