More PR nonsense for the true tartan believers #-o Whether Berwick is in or out of Scotland, it won't make a blind bit of a difference to your average Joe in the street, up here in Edinburgh or anywhere else for that matter. #-o

At least there would be no more cheap licence in the area, mind you its only £270 for badge and car here

Well, it might just matter to the people of Berwick. But who cares what they think when they have Lincoln and Edinburgh's biggest plonkers to decide for them?
