We are opening a bespoke dog Crèche facility at the end of this month and yes, that includes dog walking but that’s only the first stage.

Well, it was either that or driving a taxi for a living and I prefer the company of my Lupine companions to that of my Simian brothers any day of the week. They are more intelligent and they don’t try to fu*k you over for a handful of corn. :)

Sochaux is just upset about the taxi trade going from bad to worse and in particularly CRT. #-o

CRT have been very successful in recent times securing Major contracts with hopefully more to come.

CRT has only one marketing strategy and that is to buy work through bringing in cars or hiking radio dues. #-o And that's why the days of CRT buying anything is coming to an end. They are at saturation point. #-o

CRT has too many cars and radio dues are already way too expensive. #-o

So where are all these major contracts coming from, Sochaux? #-o

For the benefit of the hard of thinking (Sochaux).

City Cabs must know they have a limited shelf life at the airport but they also have a great opportunity to grow their company by soaking up the work and the opposition.

CRT's job count is going down while City Cabs and ECPH, is going go up.

You do see the problem, don't you Sochaux? #-o

   You will be assimilated resistance is futile.

City Cabs should go on the offensive, by bringing in cars or hiking radio dues to discount the balls off any worthwhile contract CRT may have , simply to knock them out of the game.

CRT would be unable to respond. You can't increase radio dues or bring in more cars when you are already losing your work base. :-|

Then it's just a question of absorbing their cars into the City Cabs fleet. :-|

Oh and I’ve got to say, I think Dod Aird should be applauded for his dirty deeds when securing this contract.

It was a shrewd move in desperate times. =D> =D> =D> =D>

Over on the dark side there seems to be a brewing debate about the authenticity or reliability of emails and phone calls from Tony (i can write horse and they'll all think it's mince) Kenmuir. Central towers are even spinning the threat that it was a personal call between two directors and should remain private or legal action nay follow, diddums Murray and Co.

A bit rich the threat of action is it not, because the person (Tony Shergar) didn't give his permission for his call to be recorded he is now jumping up and down. Would he not be better informing all the customers of his company that all their calls are recorded and more sometimes used in playback?

So the big question is does the dark side want to hear the recording of Tony telling City that Central decided to go it alone and fecf FTS? Even one response in the affirmative will do!

I know that the recording bears no resemblance to the horse manure that has been put out by Murray, Tony and the failed Hibs casual.

Skull don't be so mean in your praise. The 7 man committee should be lauded for the foresight and cojones to send the paint company of Gilmore Place into oblivion.

I, more or less said the same thing, but my post was edited due to legal issues. I think? :? However, there are always one or two who really know what's going on, seven is a stretch. But in this case, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to have a good idea. :-|

You know the funny thing is, they couldn't have pulled it off, without the "members" of both camps. They really are that fu*king stupid. This was a battle of the most disreputable scumbags. You could ever have the misfortune to come across. #-o It beggars belief. #-o

Skull funny how the drowning rats on the darkside are refusing to say why they ignored the best advice that a joint FTS tender was a sound option? Possibly because the Gilmore paint company thought that having their own tender with 100+ of their own PHC fleet would swing it for them? No mention of this from the spin doctor's!

Now if they had been found out to have tendered this....

Considering the state of the economy, triple dip recession and all, the sound option was always the joint tender.

ECPH, already had their toe in the door, and with that in mind, they should have done their utmost to shut them out. Instead, Tony Kenmuir (whoever the fu*k he is) gambled with the company and lost. What choice did City Cabs have at that point but to do whatever was necessary to secure their work base?

Oh and btw, I read Kenmuir’s email and let me tell you, that guy’s a fanny. He obviously thinks he’s Richard Branson and not some daft wee taxi driver, although, he’s probably just another one of Fleming’s fall guys. So it would be wrong to put all the blame on him. :-|

CRT got no more than they deserved. #-o

A fanny is a useful thing, don't give Tony more credit than he deserves.

You are spot on with your take on all of this, if a joint FTS tender had went in then in all probability with FTS being a bit creative and talking to Onward the contract would have been theirs. CRT however wanted to be Billy Big Baws and get in the door with their own PHC fleet.

I wonder if Mr Tony and the puppet master will survive the onslaught at the upcoming chimps tea party (AGM for the sensible readers) or will they do the honourable? Sorry how stupid, honourable and CRT, doh!

Still no response from the CRT spin machine. Where are you Kev MVF, John EPHC Driver, Muzz Cinders, Graham Honestly and all your alter egos?

May the force be with you all soon!

Not much over here except to report sales of black arm bands and paint brushes are going through the roof in the Tollcross area of Edinburgh.

This is reportedly all down to the lack of vision and foresight by Mr Tony and amigos.

The question is, now that City Cabs have seized the advantage, will they have the wit to drive the dagger home?

It would only take CRT to lose a couple of major contracts and the prospect of hiking radio dues or bringing in more cars to buy work, would no longer be a viable option. #-o

Picture the scene, Tony and Murray going to their "members" telling them radio dues have to increase, or they need to bring in more cars or CRT is finished. #-o

Would it be possible for some of those drivers on the losing side to join the winning side?

Because if I was a jockey on the losing side I would be putting pressure on the owner to move, or move myself.
