Well using the figures that JD posted earlier in the week then you must be making next to nothing on a long-collared cab.

However, he's underestimated what you're making from a day and night-collared cab by about £100 a week, so I suppose it's a question of loosing on the swings and gaining on the roundabouts.

But I still say you have more than four cabs. :wink:

Well if he's underestimated the cost for a long collar-cab then you must be running at a loss.

Or can you have two drivers on a long collar cab, say one Fri, Sat, Sun, and another Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs?

I couldn't see it being worth your while having one driver paying £220 a week on a single cab, with seven weeks a year unpaid.

So what you mean is that once I've finished driving in the literal sense, I won't be a taxi driver in the spiritual sense, which you still are, even though you don't drive a taxi in the literal sense :-s

Maybe you mean will I still be a plate holder when I stop driving a taxi?

Well no, because plates are unresticted in my manor!
