This sure is one lover's tiff. Having wrecked the trade between them, and treated drivers like serf slaves, are we supposed to care?
Can't wait for the stream of schoolchildren skulking off to city parks for their macho square go.
Cos, sure as hell, these tumshies are too thick to heed the lesson before them in the courts.
Clearly City Cabs can't ever be trusted. They have previous.
And Central, well it is clear that some, if not all, office bearers should be charged with a criminal offence if they lied to their shareholder members at the AGM that they had no knowledge of a writ which is widely held they did have.
Question is, do you have to be a shareholder member of the company to make formal complaint to the cops, or would any public spirited citizen be able to make complaint. In the interests of commercial integrity of course

An interesting view point Mr Jasbar. I am of the opinion that any citizen can make a complaint. I may take a little jaunt there myself, in the interests of commercial integrity of course!
Your views on who should be trusted are way off the mark. I think you have proved that with your statement regarding the writs. One things for sure Mr Jasbar:- "oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive"
I would have thought by now that Central would have provided the documentation to substantiate their claims it was all down to City Cabs, no proof provided. City Cabs on the other hand invited any Central owner/driver to view their documents and the phone call between Mr Kenmuir and Mr McVey. I do believe one member stood to voice his concerns at the AGM but wasn't heard.
Interesting Mr Jasbar
