I didn't, but if you had issues with someone in your manor, likewise with me with someone in my manor, I suspect we would go and have a chat with them.

The truth is that rentals are too high and people feel it has swung too much as the recession bites. It's unsustainable and needs to be lowered to give jockeys a wage but nonsense like de-restriction certainly isn't the answer.
