What's happening with ECPH's writ against Central?
There seems no doubt it was served. And, according to fat Boab, served on the committee before the AGM.
And, again it is reported that the committee denied receiving it at the AGM, and were therefore re-elected on the principle of its non arrival.
So, we're now presumably in the court process.
CRT defend against it, then they must be prepared to lead evidence and cite witness to prove their premise.
ECPH would have to defend this, and allow witnesses to testify under oath. They would have to answer the questions asked. That would be interesting.
And if the case was suddenly and mysterious pulled, under the guise of a deal being done behind closed doors, then wouldn't the public at large, and presumably the business community too, be entitled to assume that the smoke did mean fire and the allegations were true?
Anyone not larfing their cork off at how to opponents are entertaining us?
Plenty people larfing now James, at you and your new found love in with Central. Must be painful for you having what scraps there were being shared now with the exodus of central drivers? Try Tony for a rental, he's on your wavelength, you both live in denial!
