Got you now. Even for the most cynical and sceptical of forum contributors it would be stretching it to put Tony Kensnowt in bed with anyone, well except his alter ego
Now I know you have a keen interest and some say a considered interest in all matters taxi and PHC. Can you please give us your take on how Central have totally misunderstood and mismanaged the entire airport contract and subsequent fallout?
IMO
CRT shouldn't have given it the Billy Big Baws and break up the joint FTS. Their plan, IMO, was too secure the major contracts in town and then win the airport contract, effectively crippling City Cabs and ComCabs, then when the big contract tenders come round again, they'd be the only show in town
I can't find fault in why CRT tried to eliminate its rival taxi firms and competitors, that's the nature of business, but how they tried to do it was bad business. They've given huge discounts to the major contracts and are now doing the NHS jobs at a lower price than when ComCab did it for the last few years. They've given discounts to contracts that are larger than the 30% discounts ECPH where trying to publicise a few years back.
