What are you going on about??

It's called sucking the Cab Inspectors dick, you know. Someone makes a complaint about your conduct, and this is what you do, to keep your licence. #-o

Definitely REVOKED Artur, I've seen the document. That letter was never sent to the cab office or the council. That was just written to show people so they would believe him. But in fact it was REVOKED.

You're a liar Kaiser. And the letter was sent to everyone on the RC, committee and the Cab Inspector.

In fact, I am more than happy for you to write to the council for conformation. I will even sign your request, for the information?

Sorry Kaiser, unfortunately I could never bring myself to be a cowardly scumbag, like you. #-o #-o #-o

It's ok Skull ill get my Auntie to dig out the file, it's easy to find, on the front in big red letters is the word REVOKED

You wish. #-o   Kaiser, there's no way I could be a scumbag like you. It's just life mate, don't take it personally. #-o

Why not go to the hearing, say your piece beforehand then walk out the door? Your all for transparency and face to face encounters, yet you never gave the councillors the opportunity to speak to you and what their thoughts of you, your actions an your demeanour

Yes you would have thought the way Skull goes on he would have had the balls to face the council.

All talk, no action.....

Could you just not face having to do it again to stop your licence from being REVOKED?

I agree Artur, that is why he had his license REVOKED

Really it's 2018 with a 2 year extension but I like the sound of 2020 better

If hindsight is "2020", then maybe CRT committee wouldn't have disbanded FTS for the long term benefit of its members

Longshanks write a letter to the council asking for all the information you need, and I will sign it. I can't say fairer than that.

You will find every word I have written is the truth.

Honestly, I would like to be as spineless as you but no matter how much I try, I just can't do it.

You, Artur and Kaiser can meet me up at the council to put in the request for the information, how about that?

Have you any idea how many times I've faced the council over twenty years? I was even asked to leave a meeting after giving Cllrs Mowat and Keir a piece of my mind.

The fact is, I'm not as cowardly as you three scumbags, and you just can't handle it? #-o

Why were you up in front of the council on so many occasions?
Can't you act like a responsible member of society?

In all this Skull it sounds like you just need to grow up.

So you don't want to meet me up at the council, is this really what you are saying?

Actually, upon rereading my letter, it says it all. I know what's wrong with you three, you need to pay attention to the words. #-o

Quote:
My letter to the council:

May I thank you for the opportunity of renewing my Taxi driver's licence. However, I feel I must decline your most generous offer. To me at least, the prospect of working under the control of Trampton City Council is totally inconceivable. In fact, I would rather be dangled by my testicles over a pool of man eating piranhas, then seen to be humbling myself in some vain attempt to renew my licence.

Collectively, the Council Regulatory Committee (RC) and Cab Inspector Frank Smith of Lothian & Borders Police have shown by their actions to have no regard whatsoever for the rights of the individual. In fact, given the opportunity, would not hesitate to abuse their privileged positions, in an attempt to beat people down. Which is proven to be somewhat typical of how Trampton Council conducts itself when dealing with members of the public who question their authority.

With regard to myself, I think you were under the misapprehension I cared about driving taxis for a living and the subsequent suspension of my taxi licence. Unfortunately, I had already resigned myself to leave the taxi trade either by my own volition or at your behest as a consequence of standing up for my rights against serial abuses. As it turns out it appears to be a combination of the two.

Prior to my licence being suspended, I refused to allow myself to be judged by such a bunch of scurrilous and contemptible individuals. And now upon renewal of my licence the situation remains the same, the mere thought of coming before councillors to plead for my licence makes me feel sick to the pit of my stomach. I could not entertain doing something so undignified.

Although, I am more than happy to appear before the RC, at a public meeting. Should any of you develop a backbone and wish to discuss my grievances of your conduct with a view of protecting the rights of the individual in the future.

I am sure by now you have some indication of what you can do with my plastic taxi driver identification badge, but in case you are left in any doubt. Think of it as a four cornered suppository, and stick it up your arse.

Regards, Garry Thomson

You're proud of this letter aren't you? You do realise some spotty office clerk would have read it, binned it and then stamped REVOKED on your paperwork.

Yeah I get it

You told them to stick your licence up their arse and you were declining the opportunity to renew it. Your conduct hearing appeared before the renewal date, effectively you still had a licence even though it was suspended and when you don't show for the hearing, and probably for YOUR disregard for their protocols, they revoked said licence, the licence you still held (even though suspended from operating)

No, there was no revocation of my licence. It never happened. Meet me up at the council and I will prove it to you?

The only reason you can't accept the truth of what I am telling you, is because you want to believe that I am as pathetic and as weak as you.

Sorry, no can do...

Now do you want to meet with me up at Council HQ, or not?

You don't have to be a coward all your life Longshanks, come on now grow a pair...ffs. #-o
