i must say when i stopped smoking in early 2011 (went through triple bypass) i didn't find it as hard to stop as what i thought it was i was a very heavy smoker though about 50-60 a day but i did manage and haven't touched one since, but my wife still smokes 30 a day roughly and i can't stand the smell of the stuff anymore, no one has ever smoked in my superb and when she gets into it after a fag a spray some febreez and she stinks my interior out with the stuff and i've told her to put some perfume or wait a min or 2 before getting in my car after having a fag and i tell the same thing to customers i now hate the smell of nicotine

They do say that ex smokers are the worst.

It's the last day on the ciggies for me I'm on my last packet of a 200 slab I brought. There's a local Vape shop opened up near me who sell them. They're British made and come with a massive 3 year guarantee.

Cheers Grandad, after losing a workmate to Cancer the other week who never smoked in his life has kick started me into packing up. I've got 6 ciggies left then I'm good to go.
