If it's a Nissan box, you could try a Nissan dealer parts dept.

Apparently they are Jatco E4N71B gearboxes. There is a guy on ebay.com who sells kits forthem in the USA http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=261041422677&ssPageName=ADME:L:CORT:US:1123 charges £20.34 for kit sent to a UK address. Have ordered one, hope it's ok.

Lovely =D>

That is the exact filter i managed to get from our local car parts shop. Roughly £8 here.
The local Nissan store were clueless to say the least #-o

Now, get some oil...

Thanks, the kit comes with a gasket, thanks for advice, I think you're right I'll leave it to the local garage to do.

Not gotten round to it yet :oops:

Will have a go myself #-o Did it on a Chrysler Voyager many years back (Mitsubishi engine) Tiny filter in that one mind.

Still trying to find out if I can replace Dexron II with III as it is a lot easier to find over here.

All the BEST!
Magnus
