I recently tried bringing up the issue of cars not pulling forward on the rank our council just told me to sort it myself so I tried and it caused WW3 out there and I even had my Asian drivers begging me to drop the issue after they were talked to by their community leaders

i think engine run due to very cold weather and drive try stay warm while long wait for job rather than just waste fuel for sake of it

I'd politely ask the driver to switch off his engine - if he refused then I'd take other action. In respect of the photo - I take it you didn't sense the irony in my post ](*,)
