did they ever reply to your amusing letter :D

No. However, I think they got the point. :-|

Or maybe they never got it at all??!! You didn't stop and buy magic beans on your way to post it? I'm sure the unicorns delivered it....must be nice living in a pretendy world

So all the read receipts via my email never happened? They never got the letter. Now let me count; that's the Cab Inspector, the Council Lawyer and all those Councillors sitting on the RC? #-o

So what's that, ten, twelve or maybe even fourteen people who never received my letter? #-o

Oh and my letter was posted on this forum the day it was sent. #-o #-o #-o #-o

So tell us your name Artur, and you can meet me up at the city chambers, and we can check it out. Fair enough? #-o

I didn't think so...Image

Is a read receipt similar to a red REVOKED?

Thanks for educating me! You'll also be aware that most of the emails wouldn't have reached the top person and some secretary read them and determined they were from some crack pot and deleted it.

You've also changed your story. You said you posted the letters but now it's email??? #-o #-o #-o #-o

I think you'll find if you send a letter via email it goes direct to the Councillor in question. As it does if you email the Cab Inspector or Donald McLeod the council solicitor. There is no secretary waiting to intercept their mail and reading it on their behalf. It's a little different when dealing with MSPs or MPs as they do have secretaries dealing with their correspondence but this is not the case with Councillors or Council officials.

An email read receipt is the acknowledgement they have received and read the letter.

So Artur, once again, I have educated you to the truth of the situation. #-o

For you Artur, this forum must be like being back at school. #-o

Now give us your real name and meet with me up at the council, and you can have my whole personal file if you like? :D

It says that the email has been read when you receive the read receipt email, that part is true. However, there is a boring as fu£k alert built in to the email programme that alerts the reader that this has been sent by a douchbag and it's deleted automatically and a fake read receipt is issued and the fake letter email is deleted.

Hope that's educated you a little further.

Just because the recipient received it doesn't mean they read it.

Why didn't you send it by letter?? (Like you said you did) a letter is far more professional.

So we've gone from one letter to 14, from not by post but email.

I'm getting you a sat nav for Christmas!

So why press the "read receipt" button to say that you read it?

Longshanks, you are a fu*king ar*e of the highest order. #-o

Oh and Longshanks, you should be asking yourself why it is, you have such low self-esteem that you feel the need to grovel after everyone you believe to be in a position of authority?

God, you are one pathetic individual. #-o #-o #-o #-o

You do realise you can send letters by email, and they are, in fact, legal correspondence.

Oh and I should add it's not the first time I've communicated with the Council Solicitor or those other ars*holes by email. #-o

Aye good, I'm pathetic in your opinion, but not as pathetic of repeatedly visiting and posting on a forum subjected to taxi drivers & driving, even though the person has banged the drum saying they want nothing to do with the taxi trade

Is it because you have nothing better to fill your empty vacuous life?
