Don't know anything about this story, but does 'institutionally racially stressed environment' ring true about some sections of our trade? :-k

The word 'stressed' is a strange one.

Don't they just mean hostile or suchlike?

£1000 compensation? Obviously the alledged abuse was'nt particularly strong, otherwise a 5 figure sum would have been paid out.

Makes you wonder if 'mickey taking' and that old fashioned 'having a joke with someone' is now twisted by the 'pc' crew to bring cases to court.

If he did suffer racial abuse, then he was correct in going to court, but I cannot help but think when you read about these cases of this 'ism' and that 'ism' a lot of the time its lazy people who play the trump card in order to make financial gain. :?:

its sad when you get racist customers - i just show them the door, dont need thier money - if they think that a white driver is better than a brown/black onem then they are indeed sad.
