I cant recall when but last year DVLA had a batch of V5's stolen and re-issued a load of owners with new V5's (with different document numbers)

did everyone get one?

I got one sent for No4 Daughters clio, but still only my blue one for my octavia. (which the council still accepted on my licence renewal last month)

yeah the blue ones are still valid i'm sure just sent allot of people the red ones,
