The new T3 Kangers have come this morning and my oh my they are the bees knees. Like Skippy said bottom wick so it's always nice and wet and a good draw off it also.

I bought some cheap thin juice this morning from a guy who's opened a shop in Sutton, don't buy thin always go for the thick juice, I asked him if he'd got any thicker? He was like ermm ermm ermm. I said I'll just take the one bottle thanks.

Been on the gum for 6 years, but plays merry hell with the bowels!-eldest boy bought me an E-Lite that I tried today...seems OK...its just the one; light strength equal to 30 ciggs. Seems simple, just have to suck on it and the green light comes on...feels like a kick at back of throat...not sure if it will replace the gum and worried that I might be a little closer to going back to the cigs routine after taking so long to lose the habit...Ho Hum! any opinion on E-Lites?

Thought I would question LO about this and the answer;

"I can confirm that the no smoking restrictions do apply to electronic cigarettes. Unfortunately the way the legislation is drafted it includes apparatus which emits vapour etc"

So no Vaping in the Taxi then :sad:

Have you asked them to provide you with a copy of the legislation which states this? Obviously they must have the information to be able to pass it on to you.

The question is what can you be charged with. :-k

I struggle to see any successful prosecutions happening for smoking an e-cig.

There are always two issues that need to be discussed before any prosecution can proceed.

1. Is/are the action(s) being complained about/investigated illegal?

IMO sticking an e-cig in your gob and inhaling isn't illegal.

2. Is there a public interest in brining a prosecution?

I think the four or five previous posts is all any sane person needs to realise there isn't a public interest in prosecution.

And I can't express how pleased I am in reading those posts. =D>
