Hi Legal eagle,s how do you make a freedom of information request to the council

I would like to ask the council how many HC vehicle,s say in year 2000 and how many were WAV

and the figures now

Go to the council website, search for the FoI section, if it's not easily found search the search box.

Once you have found it fill in the box with your questions.

If you still can't find it e-mail the council's main e-mail address and ask the question(s) that way.

Start with the normal dear sir stuff, the just add 'Can I ask under the FoI Act the following................'.
