This has been done to me and mine by Edinburgh's Hackney taxi trade. It is to the whole trade's discredit that it happens, and it is the council's politician's fault that they allow the restriction that creates the vested interest that ferments this kind of behaviour. The council is responsible for this happening in our so-called civilised city.

I use the terms because there is no real debate. you can't debate with those protecting their own narrow vested interest. And if you look back over the last 10 years' posts, you will see many lengthy political debating posts, carefully reasoned and logical and written articulately. I didn't start the name calling, I'm just better at it than the likes of you, and I resort it only to show my utter contempt for the scumbags in Edinburgh's taxi trade and the council who both protects them and demeans them at the same time.

If you get the message that I loathe you, then the words are used advisedly.

And why should I change my profession. For that would be to allow the bullies to win. And they will never win.

Get this, I will not cease advocating de-restriction in Edinburgh, because it is fair and just for the workers, and the best option for the travelling public.

It just happenes to be the the worst option for the vested interests and the controlling council, and that is why it has to end.

I have suffered the ire of the trade, and will continue to do so. And I will use the system to pursue those who take action against me. You guys won't win. Can't EVER win. Get used to it.

In the last 2 weeks, friends of mine have had Dundee, Perth, methill, Glasgow and Stirling. Aye, ECPH are getting all the big jobs.
