they can try but they cant open every package

Of course they can. All packages are x-rayed and I would guess that these things will be easy to spot. At the end of the day it will depend on what is found when these things are put through tests. It could well be that everything is ok and the government decide to license them without any extra charges at all and then they may even be available on prescription. :mrgreen:

well they are currently banned in oz and its easy to get them
