I think all you central owners and drivers want to wake up and smell the coffee and look what you're committee has done to you're company and also look at tony k. History ie. his company going tits up.
Driving up through currie today and passing an owners house and 3central motors all parked up in driveway is this the way forward for you're company

Here here Airport worker!! They seem to believe paying £160 per month in discounts is acceptable. They want to get their own house in order before they try to demolish someone else's.

Despite several days of waiting there has been NOTHING posted to counter Mr Mcvays posts re airport contract tender process.
Why is that?
All we want is the EVIDENCE that was PROMISED months ago but which mysteriously has NEVER been posted here despite promises to do so.
So come on all of you guys that said you would PROVE that Central was a victim in this tender process.
The time has come to put up or shut up

SHOW THE EVIDENCE TO BACK YOUR CLAIMS......

hssc I think you'll be waiting a very long time for any 'evidence to the contrary' to appear. The Central propaganda machine have a bit of a quandary here. If they continue to feed Galloway, Webster, McGuire and the likes, and the good little bum boys spout it about, Central high command will be worried that these same members will get access to the failed original Central airport tender.

What's stopping any concerned Central member asking to see the tender documentation, they don't need to see the commercially sensitive monetary figures but they could be shown the proposed oprational logistics couldn't they? Or no maybe they won't get to see this as it was to a mixed hackney and PHC rank and operation, the very thing the bold boys have managed to fleece the STF sheep for £5k. Watch this space Travis Kev, Murray Nae Baws and Tony Kensnowt!

Les only please ,could you answer the following honestly.

Do you believe the Onward travel rank needed to be fenced off in inception to comply with the CGA 1982 ?

Is it true the CRT and City backed off the onward operation when FTS were awarded the rank ?

Do you think, given your experience in trade matters, that the new proposed set up in the former drop off area will be Legally compliant ?

Do you feel a similar operation could operate in say the Waverley with Private hire drivers ranked( lined up, parked etc) along side Black cabs would be legally compliant ?

You have stated you could not back the STF's support and financial award towards CRT due to an alleged proposed operation/tender put forward by CRT themselves, Did CRT and City not both have a PH solution in their tender submissions as it was mandatory for the airports vision/solution in which both would have taken in the onward fleet (you'll have the pictures from Ocean Terminal to prove it ) as they were a ready made solution and most importantly to the trade, ALL BRIEF HOLDERS ?

If the rumours are to be believed also about the upcoming greenway review, will you and City cabs support, abstain or object to the PH gaining access to the Greenways ?

Finally,You have in the past be at the forefront of our trade against the PH even voicing your dislike of Mr Woodburn at trade meetings he shouldn't be involved in, is it purely commercial that your views and opinions appear to have charged or is there another reason ?

Thanks in advance

Where has Les gone ? He preaches openness and transparently yet has failed to answer a few questions. I wonder if he has calmed down now that the current committee are standing un-opposed thus safeguarding his position?
It's ok though because Boabs came out of hiding to answer the questions or deflect it from him for his retainer..
If anyone wants to ask the questions of the CRT committee they can go in to the office without fear of retribution unlike others. So why don't you get a couple of your ex-colleagues Boab to go in and ask the questions for you ?

City Cabs will happily provide Bill McIntosh and the Scottish Taxi Federation with our complete tender document and go over it with them stage by stage.
All we would ask is that CRT would do the same and then justify why they are appealing against a booking office they would have had to, and no doubt made the submission, supply themselves for their bid to be credible.
And then justify why they set all of this in motion in the first place by pulling out of a joint bid with City Cabs through FTS.
But even the FTS bid would have had to include a Private Hire operation with an onsite booking office.

After the STF have read both tenders we would ask CRT to explain just why the STF should hand over £5,000 to help a member appeal against something that they had proposed themselves.

And yes Cleggie I did have a "Mr Bean" moment with the door when leaving the AGM but the meeting was over and I fancied some fresh air. But it is nice to see you back in with the inner circle and being fed the important information by Murray and Tony.

"Without fear of retribution" cboice words from a weasel. Would you like to see your tender specification on here ya breast? Clearly desperate times call for desperate measures and Travis Kev needs you now more than ever. Les McVay has been open, honest and transparent at all times, that's reflected by the 420 and growing members of City Cabs who are happy with the direction the company is moving in. An AGM that will resonate to the sound of "CRT, who are you"

P.S. Swannee, who are you, on the list of non compromised information that is soon to come here?
