as drivers are losing license for taking it into own hands over dispute shood we now start looking to do nightclub rules where no id no entry into car

police cant follow every car incase it have trouble so is it time for scanner and photo id before you get to ride

if we are going to get in trouble when you really dont have any option an public lie about what happen then scan cctv is needed isnt it

man come to car hold id to cctv cctv capture image driver not able to access it police can an if trouble happen over money etc police call on perb an arrest in controled manner

?????
