Does the term "pulling a fast one" mean the same down your way?

I'm Sure it does.
Another driver working for another company had the engine seize on him. The owner has told him that he has to pay for a new engine and he has just accepted it.

in a rear ender? or is this a different accident

a body shop has 2 prices...

insurance and sensible/cash

mine could have cost my insurance £1500, but i paid (to save £2000 worth of no claims) and it cost me £350

my way - knock it out, fill it, paint it

insurance way, cut half the cars N/S off and fit new...

If a driver is renting a car from an owner on a split bag basis and they damage the car, who is responsible for the payment of the repairs? The owner or the driver?

what damage?

Both doors on one side of the car were damaged when the driver hit a bollard. Allegedly causing £1300 damage.

I found out this evening that the cost was £1300 but the insurance excess is allegedly £2000 so they didn't go through the insurance.

WTF is the vehicle insurance for if not for incidents like this?

And the drivers are paying £4.20 a shift for insurance as well.

The owner is extracting the urine.

Not with this particular driver any-more. Yesterday she walked and is now driving one of my cars.
