Height, weight, eyesight chart, field of vision and blood pressure. They also ask if we have any medical conditions such as diabetes (not checked). It takes no more than 5 minutes.

my 1st was at occy health, at least they checked i had a pulse

today i was passed almost for turning up, then again it was hard to find

no wee or heart check - but they stamped my form

my last one at occy health and the one 15 years ago at another hospital was at least worth what i got charged...

I had one about 12 years ago with what was then my doctors surgery. He said I had to go to the optician for a test cos my peripheral vision isn't good and so long as I promised to do that he would sign my form.

i am diabetic same medical they give to lorry/coach drivers vision urine and a quick visit with a doctor a complete and utter waste of time had mine done about 18 months ago cant wait for my next one

All our LA asks is for a quick written yes from your Doctor...however if you want a school contract they suddenly insist on a D4 medical like PSV and HGV drivers get and they can be £90 a pop..
